Please drop off clinic donations only when the clinic is open, and do not bring medical items to the center (west door). In-kind forms for acknowledgement and tax purposes are available upon request. We encourage you to complete an in-kind form, so we can have a record of your generosity. This helps us gauge the value of your donations for annual reporting.
