We provide Greater Milwaukee’s only daytime refuge
and resource center for homeless adults—
a place to learn to fish.
Located at 1335 W. Vliet Street in Milwaukee's central city, the Repairers of the Breach Center is open from 7AM to 4PM, Monday through Saturday.
Our daytime sanctuary is an empowering place where homeless and at-risk men and women create community and a sense of "ownership" in their center. They work together to find solutions to homelessness using our "constellation" of free resources—all in a nurturing and non-judgmental context emphasizing "homeless helping homeless."
Repairers of the Breach gladly relies on donations all-year-round to feed, comfort and clothe our members. Please help us fill our spring/summer seasonal needs. We are focusing on healthy breakfast alternatives, which you can support by donating some of the suggested items.
Our clinic is in constant need of supplies, and we turn to our network of friends to help us keep our cabinets stocked. Right now we are in short supply of four key items and funds to purchase deeply-discounted medications. Please consider donating to our medical clinic.
Immediate Needs as of August 30, 2016:
Canned vegetable beef soup
Travel-size tubes of toothpaste
Men's clothing, all sizes
Free Medical Services
Although our capital campaign is complete, we will continue to improve our facility.
