Day care, early head start, resources for parents and programming for fathers; family advocacy that is goal-centered; health and wellness programming, fatherhood programming, prenatal services. Eligibility includes families with kids ages 0-5.

Next Door | Early Childhood Education in Milwaukee (nextdoormke.org)
Penfield Children's Center
Day care, early head start, behavior clinic for children with developmental delays and exceptional needs' behavior clinic is in-home treatment; staff includes speech pathologists, physical and occupational therapists, special education teachers, nurses and CNAs, social workers and early education/child care professionals, programming to help kids with pre-existing conditions qualify for Medicaid. Eligibility includes all children of all abilities. Low SES families will qualify for free or greatly reduced prices; kids in foster care should receive free services, may need health insurance to qualify for lower prices.

Welcome | Penfield Children's Center
Neighborhood House
Early head start, preschool, after school programming specifically designed for families of low SES, formula and diapers available for parents of enrolled students. Eligibility includes programming for kids 0-19, daytime care/education for kids 0-6.

La Causa Crisis Nursery and Respite Center
Respite care for kids and parents in virtually every circumstance, care services range from several hours to 3 full days; bilingual services available. Eligibility includes kids ages 0-12.

Early childhood education. Several locations throughout the city. Eligibility includes youth ages 3-4 years.

Homeless Education Program (HEP)
Free school meals, school supplies, school fee waivers, the right to stay in the right to stay in the school (the school of origin) they attended prior to becoming homeless. Eligibility includes children/families facing homelessness and enrolled in MPS.
